1. How soon can I get an appointment?
You may make an appointment at anytime so long as it is available. We recommend to book at least 12 hours in advance. Refer to our appointment calendar here.

2. Can I cancel my appointment?
You may cancel your appointment no less than 12 hours prior. There will be no cancellation fee. However, if you cancel your appointment in less than 12 hours, a cancellation fee based on 50% of the treatment will be charged. We recommend to reschedule your appointment by contacting us at email@example.com
3. Can I change my treatment during my appointment?
During the visit, you may change your treatment to another, if the treatment time is equal to or within an additional 30 minutes of the initial treatment. Price differential and administrative fees applies. As we customise each treatment for you, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org if you will like to make any changes to your treatments.
4. Is there any transportation fee?
There is no transport fee if your total treatment exceeds $100. Otherwise, transport fee will be $10. For service areas in hotels, Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island, additional transport fee of $10 applies.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made via credit card, Paypal via PayNow.
6. Are your prices inclusive of GST and service charge?
All prices shown are nett. No additional GST or service charge.
7. How can I purchase a gift voucher?
